Check a few times: High blood pressure can be due to many factors. It is important to check often to get an idea of what her blood pressure is. Diet and excercise are first line treatment for high blood pressure. This includes reducing salt intake. Only after this fails are some medications indicated. My advice is to check her BP a few times throughout the day, if still high, see physician.
