Abdominal pain and tenderness for a month. eating & drinking make it worse. treated for gastritis. told i could be constipated. any ideas or thoughts?

More than gastritis: Although an initial onset of stomach would most likely be gastritis, if you are having persistent symptoms for a month you need to have this looked into more closely, Ulcer, gallbladder, GERD all possible.

See below: There are a number of different causes of abdominal pain and tenderness. With a symptoms like this the best advice is to not ti diagnose yourself and seek medical attention if the pain is persistent or increasing in severity.
