Pelvic Pain 34: Weeks could mean lots of things. If you are not having a new discharge then it likely isn't an infection. It could be the baby pressing down on your pelvis. It could be your pelvis starting to change to get ready for the baby to be born. You could be having some swelling in your pelvis as baby pushes on the blood vessels. Best to check with your OB.

Many things: It could be normal pelvic pain that is associated with the baby growing and putting pressure on your pelvis. You must be sure that it is not premature labor so talk with you OB.
