Recently, i keep getting a pain in the arch/bottom of my foot. when relaxed its bearable but when stretch that area its agony. what could this be?

OffOnTheWrongFoot: You're kinda young for this, but it could be what's called "plantar fasciitis," (plan'-tar fash-ee-eye'-tis), which is a painful inflammation of the tough fibrous tissue that lines the bottom of the foot along the arch.Usually due to repeated impact activities like jogging, basketball, tennis, etc. So, if you are a couch potato it's something else. Best to see a foot specialist for this (podiatrist)
