Connected: People who do not sleep well due to chronic pain suffer from chronic daytime fatigue. Chronic loss of sleep commonly results in depression. It is a chicken-egg relationship as to which comes first. People with chronic pain or sleep disturbance need to solve these problems.

Yes: absolutely! depression can cause fatigue, and fatigue can cause depression. sometimes it is hard to know which one is the cause. Check out Dr Greenblatt's book Depression Solution, run some labs and figure out what the cause is. find the cause, find the cure!

Yes, change it: Any chronic condition, especially if longstanding, can cause fatigue. Avoid all milk protein, grains, lentils. Consume plenty of flesh foods, eggs, avocados, vegetables, olive/coconut oil, butter. Get 30 -45 min of sunshine at noon daily or take vitamin D3 10,000 IU/day, and a good probiotic (not yogurt based). You should notice a significant improvement in 1 month.
