Unusual question: It will take a lot of swallowing to get 1/2 liter of semen for the average person but I am not aware of any adverse health effects if the "donors" are healthy otherwise. A study in the UK found that a sex-worker was gaining weight from swallowing semen but this finding has never been confirmed .
