Not to worry: Blood in the ejaculate, termed hematospermia, is usually due to sexual trauma and is self-limited. It can be due to sexually transmitted diseases or anatomic issues in reproductive organs, such as cysts or stones. You should be evaluated by a urologist if it continues.

Most likely benign : Ejaculation involves intense muscle contractions, muscles can be strained and bleed, analogous to an overuse syndrome. To test this theory, abstain for 10 days and it should go away. If you can't abstain, consider the possibility this represents a compulsive behavior, or addiction.
