No: Reflux is a gastric issue; bronchiectasis is a pulmonary issue. There is no reason why bronchiectasis would cause reflux, sorry.

Possibly: If you are swallowing a lot air and insuflating the stomach, it can definitely trigger more reflux symptoms.
