Renologist: The first organ to lose function as we age is the kidneys. This is a complicated organ and internal medicine sub-specialists called renologists are skilled at medical decision making for this condition. She needs to see a renologist. Her creatinine is quite high. There are many different reasons for renal failure.

See a nephrologist: This creatinine level of 8.5 is extremely high! you need her to see a physician, and specifically a nephrologist since renal replacement (dialysis), and treatment of complications that could occur in renal failure might be required.
