Sounds good: So long as they're not cancerous, then you are at liberty to have them removed when and if you wish. If they're not bothering you then you can likely leave them alone.

Possibilities: I'm glad the biopsy is negative. Possible cause include, but are not limited to, medicines (eg. Metformin), liver disease, fungal infections and a rare genetic condition called cafe au lait, which are associated with tumors.
