Arm or leg?: If it is leg, causes are probably circulation or nerve related. You need to be checked for arterial or venous insufficiency. If its nerves, it could be from your back. Or it could be from diabetes or toxins. Depends where, how bad, and how long you have it. Its tough to tell without full history and exam. It could be first manifestation of serious neurologic disorder. Get it checked out.
