How should i treat the cyst on my back? is there options other than lancing it?

Depends: If it's not bothering you, you may need to do nothing. If it starts to bother you, it will need to be drained and/or removed. The urgency of removing it depends on they type of cyst it is and whether it is infected or not. See your doc for more info on your options.
