Not likely: It depends on the nature of the rape. If it was particularly violent and damaged her reproductive organs, or if she had an std transmitted from it, then there is a possibility. The fact of rape alone does not reduce fertility.

Physically Prob No: All depends on what happened, but overwhelming probability no physically, provided no pelvic inflammatory disease (e.g. Gonorrhea, etc.). However, as a human being, the ptsd response, emotions, beliefs about self & nature of men, response to future intercourse, etc. Are another matter & could easily have major effects on internal controls & responses, a complex & very individual set of issues.
