Never Give Up: There is always hope! You could be depressed; have you tried any medications? Also, there are people who specialize in sexual trauma-sex therapists, or sometimes you can find providers at womens' shelters. EMDR is a type of trauma therapy that is also recognized as highly effective treatment. You may be able to do some specialized counseling and go back to your regular provider afterward.

Be patient: This is something better addressed by your therapist.Your self concept developed over many years and the PTSD you suffer with these events derailed you. It can take years to rebuild your confidence. Do you feel your therapist is listening?Do you have some relief after sessions ? Might a psychiatrist prescribing some meds push you past a block ? Do the work and it will help over time.
