Pressure alone: We have two sinuses located above our brows, two above our upper teeth, and several pairs astride the bridge of the nose. When sinuses are obstructed by infection and swelling, you may have pressure as your only symptom. The cough may be the result of "post nasal drip"- dripping from the back of your nose to the back of the throat. Saline sprays or decongestants may help by encouraging drainage.
