Fibromyalgia: Other symptoms are daytime fatigue, perhaps depression, restless sleep, irritable bowel, endometriosis, temporal mandibular joint , urinary urgency and frequency, and migraine headaches. You do not have to have all of these to qualify, but the symptoms you do have are ones which people must have to qualify for the diagnosis.
