6 weeks pregnant and feeling painful pinching on left side just above hip. pain comes and goes, no bleeding.

Could be muscle or: Nerve , ovarian or groin pain . Get tested for bladder infection

Likely okay: That kind of pain at 6 weeks of pregnancy is unlikely to be anything serious from the pregnancy itself. The most likely cause would be musculoskeletal. But any pain that does not go away or gets severe should be checked out. Good luck.
