Possible infection: Moderate bleeding? Vaginal bleeding or blood in urine? Feeling of having to pee means infection or irritation of the urethra (where the pee comes out). No way to sort all this out without seeing the doctor. Given your pregnancy, you should see your doctor right away. Your condition is likely treatable and your pregnancy makes your evaluation urgent.
