Not: Usually not. If you look up the name of the particular disorder in the diagnostic and statistical manual of psychiatry - it will list criteria for each type of personality disorder and how many criteria must be met to make the diagnosis.

Maybe, maybe not: I am not a psychiatrist and so i'm not an expert in personality disorder. You may have features of illness and it is causing you some concern. Many people "wear different hats in different situtation" i strongly recommend getting and evaluation, possibly with a psychiatrist. A visit first to your family doc may be a good way to start and he/she can refer you to appropriate place. Good luck to you.
