Er: If eyes are not yoking properly could represent blow out fracture of bones behind the eye. The muscles of the eye attach to these bones. Without a proper anchor alters line of force.

Go to the ER now.: If you are scared, that means something is obviously not right with your child. You need an experienced professional to examine your child to determine the cause for the newly discovered cross-eyed situation. It may me nothing more than a scratch; but, there are other more ominous concerns that must be considered depending on the age of your child. Besides, if it's nothing, you'll sleep better!
