Complex problem: You really need to see an otolaryngologist for a full history and exam. This can be due to many things such as a mild viral infection(even if you don't feel you had a cold), a sinus infection, allergies, nasal polyps, nasal anatomy problems (deviated septum/ turbinate congestion), head trauma, nasal/sinus tumor, tongue & taste bud problems , and the list goes on....
