See specialist: You need imaging studies to find out if you have an obstruction. The best diagnostician in these matters is a general surgeon. This not to mean that you need surgery, but these doctors are the most wise about symptoms like you are having. The symptoms have gone on too long, and the vomiting is worrisome.

I'd suggest u go to: The er for treatment. U could have stool impaction, intestinal obstruction, perforation, kidney problems etc. Hope u feel better!
