I get stressed a lot and my ankle has been hurting i did not fall or anything sometimes it feels numb and hurts all the time is this a stress fracture?

Mental stress: Does not correlate with a stress fracture of bone. If you have numbness and pain to your ankle see a foot/ankle doc for evaluation and treatment.

Unlikely: At 8 Y.O. You may be suffering something called osteochondrosis.This is when the blood flow to your growth plates may be altered and although when the plates close in yor teenage years, you can get relief with rest, ice, children's advil or tylenol, (acetaminophen) foot orthotics and sometimes cortisone injections. There are other possible causes, so go to a foot dr.(podiatrist) to be examined and get an x-ray
