Unlikely: But never say never. Research has shown that carriers can shed virus even though they are asymptomatic (without sores). If you want to have certainty you should visit an infectious disease expert. There are likely some tests that you can have to determine odds in this matter. Infection of another can have sizable legal fee side effects.

Yes: Even women without active lesions may be shedding virus in their vaginal secretions. You will have this for your lifetime. Discuss this with any unprotected partners and they can assess the risks.
