What is atropic dermititis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Atopic: The word is atopic dermatitis which is an inherited sensitivity of the skin that makes it more likely to get irritated and itch than normal skin. Once itching is severe, the patient scratches until a rash breaks out leading to redness, oozing and crust often called eczema. Often associated with family history of asthma or nose allergies.
