Bland diet, fluids: It depends on how often the child is vomiting. If it's persistent vomiting, you'll have to take him to see his doctor or maybe even take him to the ed. How can you tell if your child is dehydrated? If he's peeing a lot less, he is dehydrated. If he's crying and not making any tears, he's dehydrated. If your child has only vomited once or twice, you can give him water, pedialyte, gatorade.
