? diabetes: Bladder infection (cystitis) can be treated with antibiotics. Assuming these have not worked, would recommend a check for diabetes with blood & urine test. See your doctor.

Infection: Sounds like a urinary tract infection. I suggest you see your pcp or an urgent care center.
