Angiokeratomas: Angiokeratomas are common and can be confused with pearly papules & vice versa. They're a non-problem, just like some guys have freckles on their faces -- many guys with freckles like them. You can have them lasered or frozen off by a dermatologist if you wish. Instead, why not keep them and make the decision once you're in a stable marriage?
