See pediatrician: The most common cause of the symptoms you describe is over use of dairy products (particularly milk) to exclusion of other foods such as beef & vegetables. Is she still using bottle? Excessive dairy product intake leads to constipation and pale stools. Your pediatrician can ascertain this or another cause for the symptoms, and then counsel you in the proper diet to present to a three year old.
