Warts?: These could be venereal warts, or molluscum contagiousum. See gyn for treatment and pelvic exam to determine if there is any internal involvement. Also get checked yourself, especially if you are having sex without condom.

Agreew/ dr MW: Could also be sebaceous cysts - usually white though or hymenal tags- little pieces of the hymen circling the opening just inside the vagina - both of these are unlikely to jsut fall off though.
