Unfortunately not..: There are some portable tonometers (eye-pressure readers), but they are in the thousands of dollars and must be calibrated often and used by an experienced person. Eye pressure is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to monitoring glaucoma (e.g., you can have 'normal' pressures and still have worsening glaucoma), so it's best to be fully assessed by a professional however often he/she says.
