Depends: On type of glaucoma, whether well controlled or not, whether starting new treatment. Range varies from every 5 minutes to every year!

Per doc schedule: May return right away if iop very high if start new therapy may check in 1 mo if stable, may check every 3-4 mo if suspect, may check every 6-12 mo.
