It may serious : Your symptoms sounds like transient ischemic attack or migraine. You can take Aspirin and seek medical evaluation.

Get checked: This sounds very much like a tia, or transient ischemic attack, which can be a preview to a stroke. Get checked out soon, and if it happens again in the meantime, get to the er immediately.
