Yes: The salt and fat content of a slice of cheesecake (the sodium content in a slice of cheesecake is 166 mg, or about 7 percent of the daily value for sodium; 18 g of fat, which provides 162 calories: represents 28 percent of the daily value for fat) likely explains a perceived lack of saliva after eating a big dose :).

Not typically but,: Possibly you have an allergy or possibly you may have some lactose-intolerance issues. Do you have similar problems with other milk or cheese products? Problem with too much cheesecake is high calories, high fat content and cholesterol.
