Scarring: Simply leave the blister alone. You can place antibiotic ointment on a no adherent gauze pad and cover thee area with the blister. The area of injured skin beneath the blister will heal more quickly in a moist clean environment.

Blister scars ?: By definition, a blister is not a full thickness skin lesion, and does not involve the dermis - therefore blisters will heal without a scar. Some patients may have hyper or hypo pigmentation related to blisters, but never scars.
