He or she can inject a corticosteroid directly to the pimple and it will get better-usually within 24 hours. My favorite steroid to use is kenalog (triamcinolone). Keep in mind this should be reserved for emergencies, not used on a regular basis. The best pimple treatment, as always, is prevention :).
