No quick fix: Acne on your trunk will require systemic medication. Start applying topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerable and make an appointment with your physician. An antibiotic may be enough, spironolacctone or the oral contraceptive pill may clear you if you're female, or you may be a candidate for isotretinoin.

Scientific Rx: Acne is a complex disease and home remedies and "fast cures" will disappoint. With acne on your trunk, systemic rx is usually necessary. Your physician may start you on tetracycline 500 2x/day perhaps with topical benzoyl peroxide. Results are usually obvious in a week or two. If not satisfactory, consider a dermatology consult for Accutane or something similar. Good luck.
