Scientific Rx: For someone with a serious acne problem who wants fast results, perhaps for the prom, topical benzoyl peroxide, topical clindamycin, and systemic tetracycline perhaps 500 2x/day is one possible combination; it would be adjusted after. All acne is manageable. If you're responsible for a teen's health, it's your duty to get him/her seen. Good luck.
