Talk to your doctor : or the on-call doctor in the AM before your next dose to ask if a change in antibiotics is needed. Four days of antibiotics is insufficient to treat sinusitis. Your doctor may recommend evaluation to determine if your hand pain & numbness is related to Cipro (ciprofloxacin).
