Symptoms: Ibs is chronic constipation/stool pattern including recurrent abdominal intestinal crampiness relieved by defecation several times each day. Endometriosis pain is like menstral cramps & more focused in pelvis, with discomfort intensifying around menses, which are terribly painful. In my experience both disorders include sacroiliac joint hypermobility as primary cause with autonomic dysregulation.
