Hemmorhoids: It is a very common problem, not to worry. Can be related to either constipation or diarrhea. Hemorrhoids should be evaluated by a colo-rectal or general surgeon you will require dietary, bathroom habit modifications and sometimes office based procedures if medical management is ineffective grade 1 has bleeding only.

Light case: There are 4 classes of internal hemorrhoids. Yours, class 1 is just simple engorged veins. The rest of classes have much more involvement of the anal mucosa. Class 4 for instance has a full prolaps namely the huge hemorrhoids and the anal mucosa protrude form the anus. So be happy with your case. Fortunately there are simple solution for you:eisclerotherapy or rubber banding.
