Light case: There are 4 classes of internal hemorrhoids. Yours, class 1 is just simple engorged veins. The rest of classes have much more involvement of the anal mucosa. Class 4 for instance has a full prolaps namely the huge hemorrhoids and the anal mucosa protrude form the anus. So be happy with your case.
