NO: A miscarriage is not a period, some women can have a miscarriage before the time of their next period, that is a very early one of course, sometimes called a sub clinical misc. Because sometimes the person may not have realized she was pregnant.

No: A miss is not a period , u can miss before the time of the missed period called a subclinical miss.
