See a doctor: Not sure what you mean by pain in your lung. Do you mean chest pain? Does it hurt when you take a deep breath or cough? And where is the swollen lymph node? Are you a smoker? What kind of activity, occupation, etc? You should see a doctor (internist or family practitioner) for a good check-up.
