Break out w/work out: Then you must stop working out.....Just kidding! seriously though, when you sweat it will stir up the debris and bacteria on your skin, increasing the bacterial activity and subsequent inflammation. One thing that I have found to help is keeping some salicylic acid pads in your gym bag and doing a quick wipe down with them after working out. This cleanses the skin and decreases risk of acne.
