How do you give rourself a breast exam?

Know your breast: If your menstral cycle is regular, best to exam 7-10 days after 1st day of cycle. Sit in front of a mirror. Look for skin color changes. Look for retraction of skin and nipples by pressing hand together. Exam both sitting and lying down, feel for any changes that may be different, especially a mass. Exam from under arm toward the middle of the chest. Exam both breasts. Folow up with your doctor.
