Tight or adhesions: Suggest you consult a urologist who may advise use of prescription strength steroid cream if foreskin tight. Applied twice daily whils gently pulling back on foreskin. Urologist might try topical anesthetic cream +/or inject local anesthetic, if appropriate, in the office, before separating skin. Always return foreskin over glans to avoid paraphimosis. Circumcision might be another option.
