Would prostatitis show up in a full blood panel?

No: Prostatitis is a clinical diagnosis, not a laboratory diagnosis. Urine tests may show infection or inflammation, but usually not. The psa may also be elevated. The only way to diagnose prostatitis is with a physical examination.
