Very beneficial: I truly believe that wearing an underwire bra, especially after breast implant surgery, is extremely helpful in maintaining appropriate support for the breast. In my opinion, it is much more effective than wearing a sports bra, as sports bras to do not lend enough appropriate shape to the breasts.
