Sweating from shower: Perspiration, or sweating, is the production of sweat by sweat glands as a mechanism to cool the body. A sensor in the brain detects body heating and tries to cool to prevent heat damage, by sweating and by dilating blood vessels in the skin. You are obviously taking a very hot shower and your body is trying to cool you, so make your shower much cooler, and for a much shorter period of time.
