Best way to 'treat' a trapped nerve in arm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several options: If pinched at wrist (carpal tunnel), might wear wrist splint and take pyridoxine. Surgery might be of value. If pinched at elbow, could try steroid injection, or perhaps ulnar transposition. If pinched at upper forearm, like posterior interosseus of radial, maybe surgical decompression.. Hand therapy, anti-inflammatories, acupuncture all may have a role.
